Brooke is a certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience in the industry. In addition to working with clients one-on-one she has led educational seminars, launched and managed group training programs, and coached and developed other fitness professionals in their roles as a coach and mentor for clients.
Brooke’s passion for health and wellness started as a young adolescent who struggled with her weight, and deepened as she managed gut health and a thyroid condition as an adult. Through nutrition and lifestyle changes, Brooke was able to optimize her own health and fitness, and wanted to support others who struggle with their weight and energy levels to do the same. In 2018, after becoming a mother to her daughter, Lucy, Brooke also began supporting new moms who wanted to “feel like themselves again” after becoming a mother. She truly believes that you can be a great mom and keep your family on track with their health and wellness — you don’t have to chose one or the other.
Whether the goal is to lose weight, manage gut health, support healthy habits for your family, or just live a healthier life, Brooke is excited to partner with her clients to help them reach and maintain their goals. She believes in the importance of meeting people where they are currently at with their health habits (the good, the bad, and everything in between) and creates a path to support them in reaching their goals, with a realistic plan that works with the ebbs and flows of life.
